Deson Engineering Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, was established in 2001. In 2011, Deson Engineering Limited was approved as a Registered Minor Works Contractor with the Buildings Department. We began focus on interior fitting-out works and acted as a contractor for large scale interior fitting-out projects for clients in the private sector, which includes operation of department stores, retailer and distributor of internationally luxury brands, prestige and luxury detached houses, banks and government project.
In 2025, we have awarded a EMSD term contract for the replacement of high level electric locks security system for a correctional institution with the contract period of four years.
In 2026, we further expanded our business to cover the building construction works in the private sector. We have successfully approved as a Registered Building Contractor with the Buildings Department to carry out building construction works in Hong Kong. In future, we will focus more on our building construction and interior fitting-out works business in Hong Kong.
